From Product Enquiry to Shipment Discussion
1. Define the product
Select your product and provide the commercial specification. For fresh produce, identify type or variety, grade and shipment window; for salt, specify intended use, grain size and packing.
2. Share order requirements
Include quantity, preferred packing, importing country, arrival location or port, and preferred quotation basis (for example FOB or CIF, if relevant).
3. Review feasibility
Availability, specification match, pricing basis, packaging and documentation need to be checked for the specific order. A website enquiry is not a confirmed sales contract.
4. Confirm the commercial terms
Once acceptable terms are agreed, document the specification, quality acceptance criteria, packing, payment terms, delivery basis and responsibilities.
5. Prepare shipment documents
Required documents depend on product and destination. The importing party should confirm applicable phytosanitary, food-safety, customs and labelling rules.
6. Coordinate dispatch
Shipment timing and handling arrangements should be agreed in writing, especially for perishable produce.
